Idsall Students Gain Real-Life Skills
Below is a selection of the exciting real-life skills that our Year 10 and 12's are participating in.
Year 12 students are taking part in BASE (Business, Accountancy, Skills Education). This is a competition and employability skills development challenge whereby students undertake an online game and video presentation, tackling real-life investment and accountancy situations.
Micro-Tyco Innovate Schools Challenge
Year 10 and 12 students are taking part in a very unique opportunity with 2 external businesses and organisations. They will have the privilege of being trained by Wesleyan (personal and commercial financial services organisation) alongside Micro-Tyco Innovate who are an award-winning entrepreneurship training programme that teaches students about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Across 2 workshops, students will be trained and mentored to provide a sustainable business solution to one of their chosen Development Goals.
