We are currently experiencing technical issues with our new system-‘Arbor’. This is in relation to logon details sent out via emails and some of you not receiving the email.
A work around is to download the ‘Arbor App’: iPhone App Android App or go to https://login.arbor.sc/ enter your email address and click ‘forgotten password’. You will then receive an email from: firstname.lastname@example.org with a reset password link. Please check your junk/spam folders for this email. For further information on how to use the App and Portal please click here.
Please install the Arbor App for School communication. However, we have been made aware that some views are limited within the App e.g., the timetable is daily and not weekly. Unfortunately, Idsall School cannot modify the ‘App’ and therefore if you have issues please email Arbor support: https://support.arbor-education.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. However, the ‘Arbor Parent Portal’ is fully functional and can be accessed by clicking: https://login.arbor.sc/
