"I just want to reiterate the message from other staff over the past few days. I went to see the show last night (Thursday).
I was simply bowled over by the production, the talent both acting and singing, supportive nature of each other and at times emotional roller coaster was simply outstanding.
I know there were a lot of staff supporting Helen and Danny who should be very proud of what they have led and supported, with large parts of the production produced and choreographed by the students themselves. Please go and see it if you have the opportunity, as its the last night tonight. " Mr P Goodison-Head of PE

Earlier in the year, one hundred Year 9 students took part in an Enterprise Chal-lenge in school, with the winning team earning a spot at the National Final at Wembley on the 10th July. The National Enterprise Challenge and The Learning Inspira-tion Group set them the task of creating, planning and branding an event to en-courage more women and girls to play football.
Our Year 9 team competed against schools from all over the country in their bid to be crowned champions. It is a highly prestigious event with Theo Paphitis—one of the patrons of the event - there to speak, hand out prizes and to hear the pitches of the top ten teams.
At the time of writing, the results had not yet come in… but what a fantastic achievement and an amazing experience to pitch in a place that has seen many a great final!
Please find attached a copy of 'The Voice', which showcases the fantastic term that our students have had at Idsall!
